Is WebCare just hosting?
No. Hosting is only one part of it. WebCare also includes updates, backups, security monitoring, support, and maintenance work to keep the website running properly.
Do the monthly support minutes roll over?
No. Monthly support time does not roll over. If a request goes beyond your monthly time, you will be told before work begins.
What happens if something breaks?
