What are the usage fees exactly?
Usage fees cover texts, emails, and AI call minutes processed through the platform. Most contractors pay between $10 and $30 per month. We will give you a realistic estimate before anything starts.
What does the AI call assistant actually do?
If a call comes in and nobody answers, it can pick up, collect basic details like name, what they need, and best contact method, then send you a summary so you know who called and why before you call back. It does not replace a real conversation. It makes sure the lead does not go cold while you are busy.
Is this useful if I am also running Google Ads or SEO?
Yes. Ads and SEO help bring leads in. Toolbox helps make sure those leads do not get wasted. It is often a smart combination.
What if I already have a CRM or booking system?
We will look at what you already have. Sometimes it makes sense to integrate with it. Sometimes the current setup is part of the problem. You will get an honest answer.
Can I cancel if it is not working?
After setup the monthly platform access is month-to-month. The setup fee is one-time and not refundable, but the ongoing monthly part is flexible with 30 days notice.
