Week 1

We launch, make final tweaks, and make sure everything is doing what it’s supposed to do.

Do I need to be tech-savvy to use this?
A: No. It gets set up for you, configured properly, and explained clearly. Day to day, it runs in the background and is managed through a simple app.
Will this work for my trade?
A: Yes. The system is flexible and can be set up around how your business actually handles leads, whether that is mostly calls, mostly forms, or a mix.
What are the usage fees exactly?
A: Usage fees cover texts, emails, and AI call minutes processed through the platform. Those charges come from the platform separately from the monthly support fee.
Is this useful if I am also running Google Ads or SEO?
A: Yes. It is often a smart combination. Ads and SEO help bring leads in. Toolbox helps make sure those leads do not get wasted.
What if I already have a CRM or booking system?
A: We will look at what you already have. Sometimes it makes sense to integrate with it. Sometimes the current setup is part of the problem. You will get an honest answer.
What does the AI call assistant actually do?
A: If a call comes in and nobody answers, it can pick up, collect basic details like name, what they need, and the best contact method, then send you a summary so you know who called and why before you call back.
Can I cancel if it is not working?
A: After setup, the monthly support is month-to-month. The setup fee is one-time and not refundable, but the ongoing monthly part is flexible with 30 days' notice.
How long does setup take?
A: Usually 1 to 3 weeks, depending on how complex the setup is and how quickly we get what we need from you.
