THE PROBLEM
This company was essentially starting over, brand-wise. Their old name, SixWay Contracting Services, didn’t say anything about their new direction. Having gotten all their business from referrals, they didn’t have a website or marketing materials to attract their customers. Furthermore, there was a lot of misunderstanding around hardscaping, how it worked, and what it cost.
They were in a very specific niche—hardscaping—and had nothing to speak to their customers about it.
THE SOLUTION
By going through our unique 5-step process, we put together a fresh brand that stated clearly and simply the benefits of their work. This included:
Branding: The name SixWay Contracting Services changed to SixWay Hardscaping and Construction, which clearly tells their customers what they do. We also put together a new logo, colour scheme, and imagery.
Website: Their brand-new website spoke not only to homeowners but also other landscapers who wanted to offer hardscaping without investing in the expensive heavy machinery and training.
Marketing materials: With a new logo, business cards, and postcards, their team was ready to tackle upcoming trade shows in their niche to get their name out there and sign new deals.
